For several weeks now, this product seems to be increasingly unavailable for purchase in your stores. Why is this? Should we rush to buy it in the stores that still have it?
Thank you very much for your question. Some M-Budget products, including the one you mention, are now sold under the "Migros" umbrella brand. For each product that is no longer sold under the "M-Budget" brand, a replacement product is offered under the "Migros" brand at the usual low M-Budget price. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
thank you very much for your reply. As the attached images show, the product concerned continues to appear in my Favorites under the M-budget brand. I can't find any "replacement product offered under the Migros brand" at a price as good as M-budget. Why is this? Is there no one in your department to proofread the ads you publish, which are read by millions of customers? I find this scandalous.
Thank you for your message, versinget. We're sorry if our reply was misinterpreted. We haven't stopped offering this item, but we have reclassified it. This means that it is now only available in selected stores and is therefore also visible on the app and online. You can check stock levels by entering your zip code here: https://www.migros.ch/en/product/106501600000. We hope you'll find it in a store near you. Sincerely, your M-Infoline team

Good evening, is the m-budget frying sauce lactose-free?
See the list of ingredients below
That means? If it's not written on it, then there's nothing in it?
Exactly
Hello TörtliBär, the M-Budget gravy does not contain any lactose-containing ingredients, nor are there any traces of lactose in the production process. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I have been using this gravy for many years and think it's great. As we unfortunately have someone in our family who can no longer tolerate certain spices, I would be very grateful if you could tell me what spices are contained in this gravy. Unfortunately, it only says "spices" under the ingredients. Thank you very much for your help.
Hello Weesli, we will be happy to make clarifications for you. Please let us know which spices you cannot tolerate. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
The following spices and foods are not tolerated: paprika, chili peppers, leek, celery, all dairy products (including lactose-free) and eggs. Thank you very much for your efforts :-)
Hello Weesli, thank you very much for your kind feedback. We are happy to do that for you. As promised, we have made further clarifications. The sauce contains paprika, among other things. The amount of spice is less than 2% and is therefore relatively low - however, we cannot completely rule out cross-contamination. For this reason, we advise the family member not to consume the product to be on the safe side. We hope this information is helpful for you. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

And as far as I can see, this is also the only Migros gravy that is suitable for vegetarians? This could be more obvious from my point of view....
Hello manitasion
Thank you very much for your message.
As gravy is originally intended for roast and meat dishes, we have decided not to apply a V-label. Furthermore, it is also stipulated that no added value claims (in this case: vegetarian) are permitted on M-Budget packaging.
We ask for your understanding and wish you continued patience. Your M-Infoline Team
And my question is: what vegetable should be roasted and grilled well to be annobled by a vegetable sauce, if possible without dairy products, please? The vegetarian solution for such a boiled sauce seems to be to use a flour glue - known as veloutée - which is nicely seasoned with salt and pepper.
