thank you very much for your reply. As the attached images show, the product concerned continues to appear in my Favorites under the M-budget brand. I can't find any "replacement product offered under the Migros brand" at a price as good as M-budget. Why is this? I have been using this gravy for many years and think it's great. As we unfortunately have someone in our family who can no longer tolerate certain spices, I would be very grateful if you could tell me what spices are contained in this gravy. The following spices and foods are not tolerated: paprika, chili peppers, leek, celery, all dairy products (including lactose-free) and eggs. Thank you very much for your efforts :-)

The amount of spice is less than 2% and is therefore relatively low - however, we cannot completely rule out cross-contamination. As gravy is originally intended for roast and meat dishes, we have decided not to apply a V-label. Furthermore, it is also stipulated that no added value claims (in this case: vegetarian) are permitted on M-Budget packaging.

And my question is: what vegetable should be roasted and grilled well to be annobled by a vegetable sauce, if possible without dairy products, please? The vegetarian solution for such a boiled sauce seems to be to use a flour glue - known as veloutée - which is nicely seasoned with salt and pepper.
