We have been buying our grapefruit from the competition for around 2 years now, for well-known reasons. And you keep promising us that we will switch again. Yes, when then?
Then why don't you stay with the competition? You seem to like it after 2 years!!?
What a cooperative contribution. But it doesn't solve the problem.
Hello dwerner, thank you for the message. A recipe adjustment is planned - but the date for implementation has not yet been set. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Then get a move on before all the customers go to the competition!
Hello Tell61, thank you for your message. As it is important to us to meet the preferences and wishes of our customers, we carried out blind tastings in November last year. The products performed very well. In view of these findings, we would like to refrain from making the planned adjustments at present. Of course, this decision is not set in stone. We will continue to monitor the issue. If necessary, we will make changes at another time. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

When will the "old recipe" without steviol glycosides finally be available again? I look at the bottles every time I go shopping and it's still on the ingredients list...
Hello dabi86, a recipe adjustment is planned. We are not yet able to estimate how this will turn out and when it will be available in the stores. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thanks for the answer. It's exciting that the recipe adjustment is taking so long. We just wish we could go back to the way it was before... Then please check the ingredients here on Migipedia with those on the bottle (they don't match)
Hello dabi86, thank you very much for your feedback. We are happy to take your comment into consideration. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
After 2 years, it should be possible to reintroduce an old recipe. By the way: Please leave the M-Budget Cola as it is!!!

Oh yes, introduce a simple rating scale: Love or Hate instead of a 'Like' button. When I look at this and only see 100 'Likes'..... is a bit meagre for an 'improved' recipe. Are you afraid of a hate button? It's not necessarily about grapefruit, but about grapefruit in general. Or why don't you do a real survey about grapefruit? After that, I don't want to be in the position of the developer of the new recipe or the person who approved it....
Hello brunokipf, thank you very much for your input. We are not currently planning to introduce a dislike button. If a customer doesn't like a product, they can, may and should leave a bad review. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

You mentioned that less sugar is a necessity. That's what the ZERO line is for! Stevia is a good plan from a health point of view, but for some people it leads to a tinny taste on the tongue long after drinking. I really do know quite a few people who think like me (and not just within my family). And this actually makes all drinks sweetened with stevia (and unfortunately many other artificial sweeteners) undrinkable. I was really a fan of the old recipe, even if the sugar content was high. Dilution is allowed and was widely used in our family. I have now been forced to switch to Coop Grapefruit Qualité + Prix. Why should a drink be reduced in sugar when the same thing is available in the ZERO line? Complete nonsense in my eyes.
I find the following comment from the Migros website more than astonishing: "The old recipe was often criticized, which is why we have revised it". There are no negative comments about the old recipe here. And no comments that the new one is better than the old one. I myself would like to see an objective comparison between the old and the new in a live test (asking people on the street which tastes better). For me, the answer would be a foregone conclusion and (most probably) devastating. So I'm seriously wondering which basement the person who compiled the data basis for a change was sitting in? On which evaluation/statistics is the statement based that a change is desired?
Hello brunokipf, thank you very much for your input. We are aware that we have disappointed some customers with the recipe change. In a test with consumers a year ago, our M-Budget lemonades tasted worse than our competitors. We take customer complaints about the recipe change very seriously and will therefore be carrying out another tasting, comparing the old and new recipes. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Perhaps a competitor's customer simply won't become a Migros lemonade drinker? And maybe the people who tasted it were all water drinkers who - even if they liked the new recipe better - don't buy sodas at all because they are sugary, unhealthy, etc.? You won't win any new customers with the change, but will annoy or lose existing ones.

When will you finally change the recipe again? Nobody wants the new one.
Hello Fondente, thank you for your inquiry. Changes to the recipe can be disappointing, we understand that. We are also aware that we cannot satisfy all tastes with such adjustments. As we have received many negative comments about this recipe change, we will be reviewing the recipes again in the coming weeks. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Exactly, we still buy it, but that doesn't mean we like it now. My children (= future customers) boycott it completely, but I've been loyal for decades and I don't like the taste of Coop products either, so I can keep drinking it.
I'm sorry, but there are now other suppliers of such drinks besides Migros and Coop. I now have to go shopping in two stores, but the taste is worth the effort.

Could you write me a message when you have changed the recipe again? Then I could buy your grapefruit again!!! Unfortunately it's no good as it is now!!!
Hello hawanero, thank you for your feedback. The responsible department has been informed and is keeping an eye on the situation. However, there are currently no plans to change the recipe. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Well. Things will probably only change when sales of this product collapse.

You have replaced the sugar with steviol glycosides (from the stevis plant) - it tastes terrible. Unfortunately, the grapefruit is no longer edible. BUT what surprises me is that I don't read anything about it on the ingredients list? Is it a cover-up? ???? Please, if you change recipes, at least mention everything, so that I can conclude that I will never buy other drinks with a new recipe again.
Hello Rene999, thank you for your report. We are sorry that you did not like the product. We have adjusted the sweetening of M-Budget Grapefruit and Citron to meet the current health trend of offering sweet drinks with fewer calories and sugar. We have replaced part of the sugar content with the sweetener steviol glycosides. It has a sweetening power many times greater than granulated sugar and also contains no calories. The sweetener steviol glycosides are extracted from the leaves of the stevia plant. However, the steviol glycosides are mentioned on the new label and we assume that you have got an old bottle. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Based on the many bad reviews, I can't see that the health trend towards less sugar has been successfully implemented in this way. We feel that Migros is patronizing us, because I think we are old enough to decide what is good for us. What's more, the grapefruit used to be very easy to dilute, so the sugar issue resolved itself. I personally believe that stevia is cheaper than sugar and that Migros is only interested in optimizing profits. That's a shame. We haven't bought any more of it to date. Can't the previous recipe also be offered?
Hello kincaid03, thank you for your message. Changes to the recipe can be disappointing, we understand that. We are also aware that we cannot satisfy all tastes with such adjustments. All these comments seem to be 2 years old. Migros should act now and reintroduce the old recipe. Customers should not be annoyed or put off. They will quickly go to the competition...

Dear Migros Why are you changing the tried and tested recipe? The taste has become bitter and it leaves a strange note in the mouth for a long time. PLEASE go back to the old recipe. P.S. The big American fizzy drinks manufacturers have only been so successful for decades because they haven't always played with the recipe and taste ;-)
Hello Murphy75, thank you very much for your feedback. We're sorry that you no longer like the drink. The old recipe was often criticized, which is why we have revised it. We are very sorry that we did not meet your taste. We have informed our specialist department of your request for the old recipe. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
The answer from the Infoline is somewhat surprising: all the comments in here (in the past) do not indicate that anything was wrong! But now it's definitely the case! There are 6 of us and the old Grapefruit was our everyday drink, which we now really miss! Why don't you run both in parallel and decide after a certain period of time?

What has been changed to the product that now has an unpleasant taste?
