What meat products can you buy that don't need a fridge? I live in Cairo and my friends in Switzerland buy me many things from Migro when they come to Cairo. I miss salami and Bündnerfleisch Landjäger... How can I know which products don't need a fridge, I mean buying from the shelf?
I would generally say that products that are not chilled in the store don't need a fridge at home either.
Hello Kanza Thank you for your interest. We are very pleased that you like our products so much. It's the same - everything that is offered chilled in the store must also be kept chilled at home until it is consumed. That means at 5°C. (e.g. ham, cold cuts, sausages etc.) Everything that is sold unrefrigerated in the store can also be kept unrefrigerated until it is consumed. In other words, not above 20°C.
