Hello everyone↵Could it be that there is less Co2 in the bottles? I've noticed it for a long time... 😊↵Shelf life: 01.2021 / B077 / 02:51↵Best regards, Dave
Hello DBruno, thank you for your question. We did not make any changes to the CO2 content. After opening a bottle, the carbon dioxide content decreases relatively quickly. This is especially true when stored unchilled at room temperature. The less liquid is left in the bottle and the "warmer" the bottle is stored, the faster the CO2 content decreases. Regardless of the weight of the bottle or the thickness of the bottle wall, some carbon dioxide always escapes even if the cap is not opened. If you open the cap, a large amount of it escapes immediately and if the bottle has already been drunk a little empty, even more escapes through the resulting empty space. We hope to convince you of our quality again in the future. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why does the M-Budget mineral water, which recently got a blue cap, taste different? It is no longer palatable to me!
Hello Claudia2017, we are sorry that you no longer like the water. Can you please provide us with the following bottle numbers so that we can clarify this? Best-before date, lot number and production time. Thank you for your help and best regards, your M-Infoline team

Is E242 also used or how is this water disinfected?https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dimethyldicarbonat
Hello ivan92, It is a legal requirement that no preservatives may be used in the production of mineral water. Therefore, the use of dimethyl dicarbonate E242 must also be ruled out in M Budget carbonated mineral water. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I have noticed that plastic labels are now being used. Is this at all ecological and compatible with the Generation M program? Why use more oil for plastic labels? Paper will do!
Aren't the labels made from recycled pet like other bottles?
Dear guest
Thank you for your interest.
When switching from paper labels to plastic labels, the ecological balance of our products remains stable. Compared to our original paper labels, the production of plastic labels requires around 75% less material. The evaluation must also take into account the fact that paper labels used in the beverage industry require various treatments to limit the absorption of moisture from the labels, whereas plastic labels no longer need to undergo any additional treatments.
We also made the decision to switch for production-related reasons. By switching to plastic labels, we can achieve improvements in production and thus reduce the amount of energy required for production. We have chosen the most efficient technology currently available.
Naturally, we have aligned the switch with the global sustainability strategy of the Migros M-Generation. The improvements to our products are accompanied by this strategy throughout: Optimizing energy consumption, improving bottles, closures and labels. We actively monitor new market trends and technologies and hope to implement the best of these for our products.
We hope this information has been helpful and wish you an enjoyable rest of the week. Your M-Infoline Team

Hello, I wanted to ask what plastic the label is made of. Is it PS? Thanks for an answer....
Hello guest
Thank you for your inquiry.
The label of M-Budget mineral water is made of polypropylene (PP) plastic.

I would like to know where the M-Budget water comes from and where it is bottled.
Btw, great water, I only buy that now...
Hello Shannon-Delany
Thank you for your interest.
The M-Budget carbonated mineral water comes from the Saphir spring, which is located in Valais. The product is also bottled in Switzerland.
We hope this helps you and wish you a happy new year 2014! Your M-Infoline team

Hello Infolineteam!
Valais is divided into villages and municipalities. Where is the Saphir spring located?
Orlando

Why can't you release M-Budget waters in 500ml?
Have a look at Ottos, Denner and Aldi.
That would be a very good idea...
That would give you a lot of potential.
Hello Bypass
Thank you very much for your suggestion. It's great that you like our M-Budget drinks!
We have forwarded your comment to our specialists. They will now check whether it would make sense to also offer a 50cl bottle.
We hope that you will continue to give us feedback on our range and wish you a happy Advent.
Best regards from the M-Infoline team

And that costs 10 centimes or what? That would be the cheapest Migros item :)

Hello, we are a large shared flat and are now constantly receiving complaints about the carbon dioxide content. Apparently there are bottles that contain hardly any carbon dioxide when they are first opened.
Hello guest
Thank you for your feedback. We will be happy to look into the matter.
In order for us to do this, we need the M-Data and the lot number of one of the affected bottles from you. The lot number is usually located close to the best-before date; it starts with L or there is a mixture of numbers and letters. Please also let us know in which Migros you purchased the bottles.
Best regards from the M-Infoline team

We will inform residents that they should return any bottles they notice. The bottles are usually from the Migros-Gundelitor in Basel. It is striking that several people confirm that the quality varies greatly.

So, we now have a bottle that has hardly any carbon dioxide left and is also quite flabby from the bottle, not as firm as new bottles usually are. The date is 02.2014, the number underneath is C115 15:39. It's apparently the second one. MfG

1.0 liter bottles would be great!
Hello guest

We have not yet implemented the idea with the 1L bottle. No change is planned for the time being. However, we will take your request into consideration.

Would it be possible to produce m-budget mineral water in 1 liter bottles? For me, 1 1/2 liter bottles are too big/too much. It takes me longer to drink them than 1 liter bottles. Greetings
Dear guest
Thank you for your feedback.
We are currently not planning to offer the M-Budget mineral water in a 1 liter bottle. We will be happy to review your request when we next optimize our product range.
See you soon in your Migros - we look forward to your visit!
