Hello Jimena, thank you for your reply. We have tested the reference samples. We did not notice any deviations from either our production reports or our reference samples. We do not see any general problems with the consistency of our fresh cheeses. We check all productions carefully before launching them on the market. We assume that the cheese was a little too warm along the value chain or during transportation home, which could have caused this deviation. Hello sevjan, thank you for your feedback. The problem you mentioned has already been identified and is being addressed. We are currently running tests with stronger aluminum lids.
