Hello
We love these flûtes very much, but for some time now they have not tasted so good. The delicious buttery taste is totally gone and sometimes there hardly seems to be any salt on them.
We are very sad because they really don't taste like this anymore.
Has the recipe been changed?
Hello Nadloehr, thank you for your question. We will be happy to look into it. Do you still have the packaging in question to hand? Can you give us the best-before date and the lot number next to it? Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Are they also available with cheese?
Hello Krduman, thank you for your question. There are currently no plans in this direction. However, we do have Mini Flûtes cheese in our standard range and the Limited Edition Flûtes Raclette will be available again soon. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
O great the mini cheese flutes are also great and I will certainly try the LE with raclette.

Why do you no longer have the M-Budget Mini Flûtes in your range? The new ones are packaged with too much plastic. I don't like that :(
Hello Pandora2, thank you very much for your message. What a shame that the current variants don't suit you. We have not offered your favorite for some time now. Unfortunately, the majority of our customers did not like it as much as you did. We are aware that by taking this step we are disappointing those who used to enjoy the Minis. Unfortunately, however, the space on our shelves is limited, so we have to make a certain selection. It is inevitable that we will have to give up goods that are no longer popular. We can well understand that you would like to see less packaging materials in this context. Reduction is also important to us. It's not for nothing that a team of specialists works on optimizations every day. As part of our efforts, we have already succeeded in switching to cardboard for all Jowa flûtes. However, such adjustments are always time-consuming and cannot be made overnight. We ask for your patience. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Dear Migros, are these the same flûtes that used to be called "Twisted Sticks" in the dark blue packaging? Because I miss them.
Hello Ian76, thank you for your inquiry. You are correct in your assumption: we have transferred the "Twisted Sticks" to the M-Budget line. You can now find them on our shelves under the name "M-Budget Flûtes". Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Dear Ian76 Where do you buy the flutes in Germany? I still don't know who produces them there, and Migros won't tell me. Lg Claudia
??? I shop at Migros.

Where in Germany are these flutes made? What is the name of the company?
Hello Claudia59, thank you for your inquiry. Migros is prepared to communicate transparently. However, supplier data is internal information that we do not pass on to third parties - we ask for your understanding. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
