Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ???? The best muesli of all time has been made worse! I don't care about the changed packaging but the taste is totally different than before! Totally bland and tasteless! I was almost addicted to it, but now I'll have to look for something else :-( really, really sad!

The recipe for our M-Budget Knabbermüesli Nature was recently adjusted slightly. During this adjustment, the nutritional values were optimized - i.e. the sugar and salt content were reduced and the fibre content increased.
We are sorry that you and your family no longer like the product. As an alternative, we would like to recommend our Farmer Croc Nature without added sugar (article 1042.177) or the Organic Crunchy Muesli 7-Grain (article 1042.776) and hope that one of these products will suit your taste.

Thank you for your message. It's a shame that you don't like the muesli as much as you used to.
We have recently adjusted the recipe slightly by adjusting the nutritional values. The sugar and salt content is now slightly lower, but the fiber content has been increased.
You may like our Farmer Croc Nature with no added sugar (article number 1042.177) or the Organic Crunchy Muesli 7-Grain (article number 1042.776).

It seems to me that the composition has been changed somehow (as has the packaging).
Unfortunately, there are now quite a lot of hard particles in the mixture and the whole thing is a bit coarser. I much preferred the old product. Once again, a product has been "improved".

Are you actually referring to our M-Budget Knabbermüesli, or perhaps the M-Budget Müesli (article number 1042.208)?
The recipe for our M-Budget Knabbermüesli is unchanged and the packaging has not been changed. This product has only been available for just over 6 months.
The M-Budget Müesli is different, this pack has been slightly adapted (now with a picture on the front).
Please let us know which müesli it is. Our specialist department also needs the M-date (to be sold by/to be consumed by) and the lot number of the package in question for the clarifications. Could you please also provide us with this information?
