Dear Sir or Madam
I have some questions about your product and would be grateful if you could give me some information.
Are there any animal ingredients in the product? If so, what is their source and is there any contact with animal ingredients during the production process?
Does the product contain E-numbers?
Does it contain alcohol or an alcoholic derivative, or is alcohol used in the manufacturing process?
I look forward to your feedback and thank you in advance.
Yours sincerely
Hello elmalibey, thank you for your question. There are no animal ingredients in these potato chips. However, we produce this item on the same line as we do products with animal ingredients. It also contains no alcohol. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

are these chips gluten-free?
Hello jochstein, M-Budget Chips nature do not contain any gluten-containing ingredients, nor should any carry-over be expected. If a product contains gluten-containing ingredients, this must be openly declared, stating the gluten-containing cereals (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, oats, etc.). In addition, ingredients containing gluten must be highlighted in the list of ingredients, for example in bold print or with capital letters (examples: wheat starch, WHEAT flour). Traces due to possible carry-over in the manufacturing process must be indicated at the end of the list of ingredients with a "may contain" note ("may contain gluten" or "may contain traces of gluten"). Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, what is the country of origin of the potatoes in the M-Budget potato chips and the country of origin of the potatoes in the M Classic Nature potato chips? There is even a Swiss cross on the packaging. Thank you for the country of origin information. Ursula
Hello MinouExpress, thank you for your request. It has taken some time to process your request. We are sorry that we are only getting back to you now. We are happy to inform you that the potatoes for the M-Classic potato chips come from Switzerland. The same applies to the M-Budget variant, although we also use imported vegetables towards the end of the season. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Is it normal that the chips are so soft? It's as if the bag has drawn air. That was already the case last week
Hello reel, thank you for your message. Could you give us the best-before date and the batch number? Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Are there any serious efforts to reintroduce the old corrugated chips?
They were much much much better! Please bring them back!
Hello guest, Hello La_Gata
Yes, the Wave chips are back in the range due to numerous requests from our customers. Currently only the paprika-flavored ones, but if the demand for Nature Wave Chips continues, we will consider reintroducing them.
We hope you enjoy the new wave chips and wish you a sunny day from the M-Infoline team

That's exactly what I wanted to say: we miss the old ripped (or rippled) m-budget chips! They were so much better! Why have they been replaced?
Hello guest
We have decided to change the cut from wave to straight cut because we want to appeal to as many customers as possible with the M-Budget chips. However, all Wave chips are a kind of "specialty". You can also see from the potato chips shelf that the straight cut is the norm for potato chips. You will find around 95% of the chips there with a straight cut.
If you still prefer chips with a wave cut, we can suggest the following varieties:
- M-Classic Wave Wasabi Chips
- Zweifel Wave Inferno Chips
- Zweifel Wave Sour Cream Chips
Best regards from the M-Infoline team
