We work according to a strict quality assurance system, according to which we constantly check the raw materials used and the finished products manufactured. This ensures that only safe products of the best quality leave our premises. The crispbread is produced using a standardized process with several steps in which only flawless raw materials are used. We have checked the reference samples against your specifications. Tasting the samples showed no deviation in texture or taste. The crispbread has a crispy texture and, in addition to the toasted aromas, has the typical rye taste and a slight hint of sesame. To ensure consistent quality and consistency of the crispbread, we check it every hour during production for residual moisture, taste, browning and texture. If we discover that the baked bread does not meet our specifications, our employees sort out the affected slices. These measures enable us to guarantee the highest possible quality and prevent fluctuations in quality. We therefore consider it likely that the consistency has changed due to deviating storage and transportation conditions at a later stage of the process.
