If the Confederation adapts its recommendations on the use of certain additives, Migros will act accordingly. The product is filled hot and when the flan cools, the mass contracts slightly. As the dessert dries slightly, a slight edge remains.
The same phenomenon can also be observed with yogurts. When the lid is removed, a small amount of yogurt also sticks to it.
