Hello, where does the milk for the quark come from, Switzerland or the EU?
Hello Vans27, we understand that you are interested in the origin of our raw materials. Under Swiss law, the origin of ingredients must be disclosed if they make up 50% or more of the product (with an exception for animal-based ingredients, which must be disclosed starting at 20%), and if the packaging is misleading—for example, if it suggests a different origin. We adhere to this regulation and ensure the safety of our products. As I mentioned in the first post, it was low-fat quark instead of cream quark.
Hello We love the M Budget Rahmquark. However, something seems to have gone wrong in a production run with the expiration date 11.11.14. I bought 2 cream quark, but they contain low-fat quark. :-/ So we would be happy if the product that should be in the container was in there again in future. good luck Kunz family
Hello mapele Thank you for your contribution, we would of course like to look into this. However, we still need the lot number (usually starts with L or is a mixture of letters and numbers). Hello mapele Thank you for taking the time to write to us. One of our products has given cause for complaint - we apologize. The reference sample available to us was in order. However, it cannot be ruled out that the packaging is from the start of production after the change of variety (low-fat/cream quark). Unfortunately, in this case the work instructions describing the start of production were not fully complied with. However, you can rest assured that we will do everything in our power to offer you only flawless products.
