I wonder why you have to adapt the recipe of something that is already perfect. It's a pity, I hope this will be reversed, unfortunately it's inedible for me.
Hello Schade_, thank you very much for your message. We will be happy to follow up on your comment. Unfortunately, it is not clear from your letter why you assume that the recipe has been adjusted. For this reason, we would ask you to let us know what specific changes you have noticed? If you are still in possession of a cup, the best-before date and the batch number (a combination of numbers and letters on the lid) would be of great use to us. Thank you in advance for your valuable support. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, is there a new recipe? It has little cream on it and it tasted like plastic Kind regards
Hello Jenni87, thank you for your question. Good news: The recipe is unchanged. Based on your description, we assume that the temperature profile during distribution was not optimal. As a result, the whipped cream loses its firmness and collapses slightly. This could also explain the change in taste. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

Why in God's name can't you still replace edible gelatine with agar agar? I would love to read about agar agar. This pork gelatine could finally be replaced in the Swedish cake. I am not a vegetarian, but I am writing this for all vegetarians and hope that something will be changed
Hello miggae87, thank you for your question. We very much appreciate you bringing your request to our attention. We have forwarded it to the relevant specialist department. They will review your input and decide to what extent gelatine could be replaced by another raw material when the product range is revised at a later date. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
But so far nothing has been changed because of the gelatine, i.e. edible gelatine? Animal gelatine is still being used?
Hello miggae87, thank you for your inquiry. No recipe adjustments and/or changes are planned here, or the gelatine will continue to be used. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
What a pity! It's perfectly possible, you just don't want to change anything!

Has the recipe been changed? It has less cream on top.

Hello Is the E471 and edible gelatine of vegetable or animal origin? Thank you for your feedback.
Hello Seven 17, the emulsifier E 471 in Chantilly is of vegetable origin. Gelatine or edible gelatine is always of animal origin. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello M-Infoline Team Thank you for the feedback, my question would be which animal is this? thank you very much
Hello Seven17, this is porcine gelatine. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Last week I bought a 6-pack like every week. My daughter ate two on Friday, today when she started eating another one she grimaced. It tastes awful, I assume they expired before the sell by date of 20/06 and the use by date of 26/06.
This is not the first time and I am really annoyed. We will be avoiding M-Budget Coupe Chantilly Chocolat in future. What a pity

What the heck is a Lotnr.?????
The lot number is normally located next to the expiration date and usually begins with the letter L (e.g.
letter L (e.g. L0005 22:00).
As already mentioned above by the M-Infoline, this allows the production to be traced back.
Hi guest
The lot number is a number with which we can trace the production.
It is usually located near the best-before date and usually begins with the letter L or a mixture of numbers and letters.
Best regards from the M-Infoline team
Dear jasi77
We understand your anger. We are sorry that the Chantilly did not taste good.
Can we ask you to give us the lot number? That way we can trace the production and find out if there was a mistake.
Thank you for your feedback (please mention the reference number IN_1420096) and have a nice afternoon.
Best regards
Your M-Infoline Team
Hi jasi77
Thank you for your feedback.
We assume that the bitter taste of the cream was caused by an air pocket. This causes the cream in question to spoil more quickly and leads to a rancid taste (oxidation of the milk fat).
As not all cups in the pack are affected by this, we assume that the cups in question were not optimally sealed or were even damaged. As we have not received any other complaints about this product, we assume that this is a one-off quality deviation.
As a general rule, if you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it to the relevant store and receive a replacement if necessary.
We hope for your understanding and send you our best regards.

Dear Migros team,
I have noticed that the M-Budget Coupe-Chantilly with vanilla flavor
no longer exist. Why is this?
It was my favorite dessert and now I really miss them.
I miss them very much. (Unfortunately there is nothing comparable in the range).
I would be happy to hear your feedback.

They were discontinued from the range around 3/4 year ago due to lack of demand.
Dear guest
Thank you for your interest.
Unfortunately, we had to discontinue the M-Budget Coupe Chantilly, along with others, as part of a product range revision. We decided to take this step after sales had been declining for some time. We very much regret that this decision has disappointed customers who were happy to consume the product and are now annoyed. Unfortunately, space on the shelves is limited, so it is our duty to constantly check the attractiveness of the selection and make adjustments if necessary. This measure allows us to make room for new products and variations.
We hope that you will still find an alternative in our wide range and wish you a happy new year 2014! Your M-Infoline team

Have they changed the recipe? The sour-tasting cream just doesn't go with it - what a shame!
Hello guest
No changes have been made to the recipe. Unfortunately, without information from M-Data, it is not possible for us to carry out precise tests on the product and determine the cause of the sour cream. However, we assume that the packaging was slightly damaged during transportation or that the cold chain was interrupted for a short time.

They are simply delicious if everything is ok. Unfortunately, this is the second time it has happened to me that the cream is sour in all 6 cups, even though the expiration date was still a long way off. Please improve, thank you.
Dear guest
We regret that you are not satisfied with the quality of a product from our range. In order for us to investigate this matter, we need the M-Data (date of sale and/or use) and the batch or lot number of the article in question.
We can use this number to check when exactly the product in question was manufactured and whether any errors occurred during production at that time. You will normally find the lot/batch number next to the best-before date; it usually starts with the letter L or a mixture of letters and numbers. We ask you to provide us with this number and refer to the reference IN_953466.
This information will enable us to clarify the causes of this incident and avoid similar events in the future. Please understand that without this information we will not be able to clarify the matter and therefore cannot provide you with an answer.
Best regards
Your M-Infoline team

Dear M-Infoline Team
Many thanks for the prompt reply. I was able to fish another cup out of the garbage can, but unfortunately there was no number on it, so it was too disgusting for me to rummage through the garbage any further. I will continue to buy this product as it tastes very good. If it happens again, I will make a note of this number before I throw everything away and get back to you.
Kind regards
Your customer N

Guest
Now I have a number L 344.
Thank you very much for checking.
Kind regards
N
Dear N
Thank you for the lot number.
We have checked the retained samples from this production and also purchased some samples from various stores as we had further customer feedback.
The retained samples did not show any deviations. The microbial tests corresponded to the internal limits. We were able to detect deviations in taste in some of the products purchased, but not in others. An interruption in the cold chain could be the cause of the development of bacteria, which affects the taste of the cream.
Due to these incidents, future productions will be subject to additional checks.
We apologize for the circumstances and hope to continue to welcome you as a valued customer at Migros. Your M-Infoline team
