I have been shopping at Kirchenfeld 3006 Bern Migros for more than 40 years. Since the last renovation, the cosmetic tissues have disappeared. I now get them at Denner or Aldi

I was happy to ask the responsible specialist department why these cosmetic tissues are no longer offered in the Bern Kirchenfeld store.
In order to be able to expand the food range, the non-food range had to be reduced somewhat. We are sorry that we cannot give you any better information in this regard. You can find these cosmetic tissues in the Freudenberg, Marktgasse and Bern Bahnhof stores, among others.

Hello Why are inexpensive products like this one, which are often and gladly bought, always taken out of the range in smaller stores and only the expensive branded articles are offered?
Now comes the eternal standard answer "unfortunately we have a limited supply of space blabla" But there is always space for brands. Instead of offering the good and cheap products in every store and the unnecessary branded crap only in larger stores. But sales and profits 🤷🏼♀️
I have found the scarves in almost all stores so far
I don't feel like searching around to see if I can find what I'm looking for in some store, so I just buy it somewhere else where I can get the same thing for even less. It's a shame that the range isn't geared towards customer wishes, because I'm not the only one who misses a few inexpensive items in our and other small stores in St. Gallen...
