Where do these cornichons come from? Most of the others say India, only the M-Budget cornichons don't say. The country of production is not the same. Thank you.
Hello Remel, thank you for your inquiry. The origin may vary depending on availability. We source the gherkins from European countries or from India. For this reason, we do not indicate the origin of the product. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Salü Migros Why do you add sugar to some of the products here? As you do with wholemeal oat flakes - M-Classic? I don't understand it! At the moment, it's best not to eat any sugar. Best thanks Tom
Because consumers prefer the sweet and sour varieties after all.
It can't be right to deceive the consumer like this - MIGROS!!! Now I have to check everything carefully to make sure it's not sugared!!! Because I have diabetes!!!
Why deceive me? It's on the list of ingredients. There are also pickles without sugar 🤷🏼♀️
Hello, we assume that you are inferring whether sugar is added to a product based on the nutritional values. However, this is not the case. You can only tell whether a product contains added sugar (or another sweetening food) from the list of ingredients. For example, a small amount of sugar is added to the M-Budget gherkins to round off the taste. This can be seen from the list of ingredients. M-Classic oat flakes, on the other hand, do not contain any added sugar, which is why there is no mention of sugar in the list of ingredients. The term "of which sugar" in the nutritional information refers not only to added granulated sugar, but also to all types of sugar contained in a product - including those that occur naturally in fruit (fructose and glucose) or milk (lactose), for example.
