No wafer. Only filling in packaging.🤔
Very fine cornet. But now I've actually unwrapped one where the biscuit didn't crumble but was completely missing. Is that like a Lotto 6? Is a biscuit normally placed in the packaging cone during production and then the filling and then the lid? This is the only way I can imagine that a cornet can be packaged without biscuit.
Hello Pitlipit, thank you for your message. We understand that the absence of the wafer has raised questions. To enable us to get to the bottom of the cause, we would ask you to send us the best-before date and the batch number of the packaging. Thank you very much for your support. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
No wafer. Only filling in packaging.
Hello Pitlipit, thank you for your patience. We immediately discussed your experience with our specialist department. We learned the following:
Normally, a wafer is placed in the packaging sleeve during production of the Cornet before the filling and lid are added. In your case, we suspect that a packaging sleeve without a cornet wafer was accidentally placed on the system during stacking and was filled in this way. We apologize for the inconvenience caused!
We have informed the responsible team about your feedback so that they can review the production process together with the supplier. We hope you will give our ice cream another chance! Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why does this ice cream have more calories than Schoko conet M-Budget?
Surely chocolate has more calories?
Hello Michi2000, thank you for your inquiry. The difference in energy content between the M-Budget Cornet Vanilla and the M-Budget Cornet Vanilla Chocolate is only 2kcal/100g. This is negligible and is due to minimal differences in the nutritional values. These differences result from different ingredients and recipes. It is important to note that the accuracy of nutritional information should not be overestimated. Even by law, there is a certain tolerance range (natural variations in raw materials, analysis method, rounding differences). In the case of energy-supplying nutrients (fat, protein, carbohydrates), this can be up to +/- 20 %, depending on the quantity. Accordingly, the energy content cannot be stated exactly to the calorie. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
