Pure chocolate, free from impurities such as nuts, puffed rice or raisins. The aroma is subtly chocolaty. My palate comes up short here. The consistency is very smooth, more than I expected. The very high sweetness surprised me. Less would be more. An acceptable, fairly inexpensive product.
