Hello, how much caffeine per 100g for this chocolate? And are there any test results for traces of heavy metals to be found anywhere?

Cocoa naturally contains small amounts of caffeine and heavy metals. According to bibliographic references, the caffeine content of dark chocolate is around 55mg per 100g. We regularly test our raw materials, such as cocoa beans, for the presence of heavy metals such as cadmium and lead. If these materials contain high levels of heavy metals, we do not accept or process them. This proactive approach ensures that our end products comply with legal requirements. Was this formerly the M-Classic Noir and is it now simply called M-Budget Noir? Is the recipe identical? Because that one was excellent and suddenly it has disappeared from the shelves.
