On the back it says "Preheat oven to 200°" what does this mean? Top/bottom heat or convection?

At the bottom of the product information it says: bake, roast or deep-fry.

Hello INAG, we offer chicken meat from these two countries in order to guarantee availability. There is also a need for cheap meat in Switzerland. We cannot offer a chicken product made from Swiss meat at the M-budget price. However, this does not mean that we compromise on animal welfare.
