I'm a huge fan and unfortunately can't find it anywhere in Basel... will it be taken out of the range?

I have now found a good and inexpensive alternative at Denner (Saint Benoit 1.80.-). Perhaps this information will help others who, like me, are looking for a suitable replacement.

Is this a cheese that you can make in the oven?
Hello Ba_la, thank you for the question. It's no problem to prepare the M-Budget Camembert in the oven. The important thing is to remove the cheese from the packaging. We recommend placing the Camembert in a suitable mold. Then score the cheese through the rind with a knife (crosswise, only the surface) and bake for approx. 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180° C. For more flavor, you can add half a tablespoon of liquid honey and a sprig of thyme before baking. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
