Hi i am vegan and i would like to know if polyglycerides of edible fatty acids and mono and diglycerides of edible fatty acids are plant or animal origin. thank you very much
Hello vegann, the mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids are of vegetable origin. However, the marble cake is not vegan! As you can see from the list of ingredients, the product contains lactose and shellac, among other things. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
