Hello, we have been buying and loving M-Budget Brie for many years, but the fresh one we bought yesterday was not edible for us! Both smelled very strongly of salmiak and of spoiled cheese! Also the color was not snow-white as usual, but yellowish-beige! So we had absolutely no desire to try it! We know that cheese is a natural product and therefore it can still change and ripen! But we don't think this extreme is normal! So we had a 1st August brunch with a side smell and without this cheese in our stomachs... On sale until 15/08/21 M211890151

Hello MatthiasWildermuth, thank you for your message. We have checked the affected production, but according to our records and the retained sample tested, everything was in order. It is difficult to find out in retrospect why your cheese spoiled prematurely. In most cases, this is due to sub-optimal storage or transportation conditions. However, we can no longer find out where and when a deviation occurred. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Brie Budget is the best of all soft cheeses! Simply take it out of the fridge an hour before eating and its aroma unfolds and almost "runs away". In other words, simply delicious

A reduced-fat Brie would be great. Like Leger Brie used to be. I miss it, it was great, it's really necessary.

I used to buy M-Budget Brie regularly. After two bad purchases, I wondered whether the supplier / manufacturer had changed - I'm no longer satisfied and now buy the Brie from Denner

Hi Bali2017, thank you for your post. We have been buying this cheese from the same supplier for years. In general, you can say that cheese continues to mature after purchase (even when stored in the fridge). So, of course, a cheese may taste different on the first day after purchase than it does after five days. As it is a natural product, minimal variations in taste are possible. Major deviations should of course not occur. If you notice this again, we ask you to provide us with the lot number printed on the cheese and the best-before date. The lot number usually starts with L and consists of numbers and letters. I hope you can enjoy our Brie again in the usual quality. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello Lela63, thank you for your suggestion. One piece of our M-Budget sweetbread is 200 grams - this is relatively large in the soft cheese segment. Most pieces are between 80 and 150 grams. We are therefore not currently planning to offer the M-Budget Brie as a larger piece. We ask for your understanding. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Recently, Brie has often been inedible. It sometimes smells extremely of mold (in Swiss German: er gräueled)
Please change immediately

Hello guest
Thank you for your feedback.
We are sorry that you were unable to enjoy the cheese. So that we can investigate your complaint and clarify the situation, we still need the best-before date and the batch number. We can use this information to check our return samples.
Thank you in advance for your feedback and we wish you an enjoyable Advent season. Your M-Infoline team
