Compliance with this requirement is particularly difficult in the case of naturally occurring vitamins, as they are broken down during the storage of a product. In addition, the vitamin content of a foodstuff is often subject to large natural fluctuations, which makes it difficult to specify a reliable value. The vitamin C content of our orange juices varies between 25 and 35 mg/100ml. The vitamin C content depends, among other things, on whether it is a freshly squeezed juice or a juice from concentrate.
