When I saw it in the store, I was looking forward to it. My conclusion after trying it: Unfortunately very disappointing. Chili power? Not at all! No spiciness at all. Boring in terms of taste and texture. No wonder: a quarter is sugar. Of course sugar preserves, but drying more would be a better alternative. For inspiration, perhaps look to South Africa (biltong) instead of France to see how it's done properly.

It's simply delicious.
Basically, it would be a great product. The price is also very fair. BUT: much, much, much less sugar, please. Over 20 grams per 100 grams. Please reduce the sugar considerably, then it will be my favorite product!
too sweet, too many additives, not enough protein
Thought I'd give it a try. I'd still like some dried meat. But this product doesn't work at all.
Extremely sweet. Definitely not spicy. Tastes like cat food. I've rarely eaten anything creepier. I have no idea who likes this "meat".
