Hello, I haven't been able to find any green/yellow 🍌 at Migros Biel Madretsch for several months now. They are already very overripe with brown spots and some are black at the ends ......
Hello unihockey7
Thank you for your feedback - finding bananas that are already brown is disappointing, I can understand that. The store manager at Migros Madretsch has assured me that he is looking into the issue. You are also welcome to ask the store manager directly in the store the next time you are there. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Please make smaller bundles or offer them individually. Bundles are too big.
Hello indios, thank you for your suggestion. We will be happy to pass it on to our specialist department. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello. I notice the price difference of at least 60% to the other bananas. Is it due to quality?
Hello carlos1977, this is a so-called "no name" product. There are no brand names or additional labels that influence the price. Furthermore, M-Budget bananas do not have the uniformity of Chiquita or Bio Max Havelaar bananas. They have an irregular shape and a higher proportion of optical quality defects. In this way, we enable producers to offer bananas with visual defects. Otherwise, banana farmers would have to sell them at the lowest prices on the domestic market or sell them to the processing industry. In addition, with relatively large units (around 1.5 to 1.8 kg), we can save costs in the areas of packaging and handling. The same strict minimum requirements apply to all bananas that we place on the market. These include GlobalGAP certification and signing the BSCI Code of Conduct. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Since the bananas have been in the belt, the bunch is always very large. I would be happy if there were also ones with only 3-4 bananas like before. Because you can't cut them off.
Hello indios, since this spring we have been packaging M-Budget bananas with a thin band. This change means we can use much less packaging material and save several tons of plastic every year. The bananas are now packed directly at the source. We mainly offer large packs under M-Budget. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
It was different before, when there were also smaller units with 3-4
Hello indios, as part of the packaging changeover, we also changed the packaged units. We have gladly forwarded your request to those responsible. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
