Hello,
I am interested in this product and would like to receive some information about it. Could you please tell me whether the product contains any animal ingredients? If so, which animals do these ingredients come from, and is there any contact with animal substances during the manufacturing process?
Does the product contain E numbers? Is alcohol or alcohol-containing substances used in the manufacturing process?

Hello elmalibey, Thank you for your inquiry and your interest in M-Budget baguettes. The products do not contain any animal ingredients. The mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (additives E471 and E472) come from purely plant-based sources. We do not use any animal emulsifiers—all emulsifiers, fats, oils, and glycerin in our own baked goods are of purely plant origin. Alcohol, if included as an ingredient, is always listed in the ingredients list. However, this product does not contain any alcohol or alcohol-containing substances.
