Of course, poor positioning, bigger packaging, no promotions, that's always the case with budget products, but what about the producer? If he suffers from the lower price or is squeezed even more, I won't buy it. Cheap yes, but fair is still more important to me.

However, the simple packaging design and the sometimes different shape (e.g. apples) also mean that we can offer these items at very attractive prices. The same minimum standards apply to all Migros products. These therefore also apply to M-Budget products. In the area of social standards, all Migros suppliers must sign the amfori BSCI Code of Conduct and we monitor compliance. Migros naturally implements special measures for pricing in the M-Budget line, but these are not at the expense of compliance with minimum standards.
