Hello, how can I prevent 'Golden' from being delivered when I order online? I don't like this bland variety.

Hello Save-the-world, thank you for your question. If you have any questions about food orders, please contact Migros Online directly. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why are Braeburns always sold green? In the store it looks as if they are yellow, but you can only see that this is not the case in daylight.

Hello Kafioma, thank you for your question. According to our specialist department, the apple season has only just begun. It is therefore possible that some apples were not ripe enough. We have informed our supplier of this based on your report. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

I buy the product almost once a week and am generally very satisfied with the price-performance ratio. With the last bag, however, at least 3 apples were already rotten, unfortunately almost impossible to see from the outside. I hope it remains an exception.

Hello Schorsch83, thank you for your feedback. We are constantly trying to remove products that are no longer edible from the shelves. As you wrote yourself, these deviations are unfortunately not always recognizable at first glance. We will be happy to inform the relevant departments about your feedback and ask them to be a little more careful. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I buy one or two bags a week, I am generally satisfied, it happens that an apple is a little rotten in the bag but at the price I do not complain, thank you anyway.

Hello Hampi1940, thank you for your message. We are pleased that you are generally satisfied with the apples. If you let us know which store you shop at, we will be happy to pass on your comments accordingly. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I mainly shop at the Centre Brügg

Hello Hampi1940, thank you, we have informed the store and asked them to ensure the quality. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I was in the new Biel Markgasse branch this morning, unfortunately I couldn't find any budget apples except Golden Delicia, which weren't ripe, which is a shame, I think there should be enough choice at the moment.

Hello Hampi1940 Thank you for your feedback. We have discussed this with our fruit and vegetable department. The M-Budget apples are packed in different varieties, depending on the current availability of the apple varieties. However, unripe or rotten apples should not be included. This is now being discussed with our supplier. Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. We look forward to welcoming you to our stores in the future and wish you a wonderful springtime. your M-Infoline team

They are currently selling M-Budget apples "Red Chief" from France. Despite their attractive appearance, these apples are of very poor quality (very mealy, some of them rot after just a few days). No longer saleable, even for a budget item. Mfg Richard Dörrer

Yes, that's right, I always buy the budget apples, but now they are totally bad, already the last time. I would really like you to offer better quality again. Because budget apples are only supposed to save on packaging - according to Migros at the time.

Hello riccardod, of course that wasn't meant to be. We apologize for the loss of enjoyment. Of course, this also applies to you indios. Could you please give us the details of the packaging? We need the packaging date, lot number and place of purchase so that we can investigate. Thank you for your help and best regards, your M-Infoline team

I always shop in 9500 Wil SG, I no longer have the packaging. But it's certainly been this bad for 2 months now.

Yesterday the "Red Chiefs" were still on sale at Migros 8606 Greifensee. My purchase was made about 6 weeks ago (no more details available). I expect M-Infoline to clarify this matter in-house. -riccardod-

Hello everyone and thank you for your feedback. We have informed the relevant departments in Purchasing and Quality Assurance of your comments. Certain deviations sometimes only become apparent after some time and are barely visible. We are constantly working to prevent this as far as possible. As an immediate measure, incoming inspections will be intensified so that you can soon enjoy the apples again as usual. Thank you again for your message and best regards, your M-Infoline team

How many apples are in such a bag (minimum number)?

Hi superm, thank you for your question. The product is sold by weight, not by number of apples. A bag should weigh 2.5 kg in total. The size of the fruit cannot be defined so precisely - it is a natural product:-) Best regards, your M-Infoline team

How about a mix of varieties in the 2.5 kg bag?

Hello guest
Thank you for your interesting suggestion.
A mix of varieties is not currently planned. The apples are harvested, stored and then sorted. Each variety is sorted and packed separately. It would be too much work to put them back together again to form a mix of varieties.
We hope you can understand our reasoning and send you our best regards from the M-Infoline team.
