Why don't you ask the Swiss manufacturer of the very good Ecoma recycled toilet paper from your small discounter brother? I am convinced that they can produce the old version of the compact M-Budget household paper in a 2-pack in good quality. We miss that very much!

Hello Himbeersirup007, thank you for your message. We are sorry that you miss the previous version of the household paper. In fact, the manufacturer had a unique production process that wound the sheets particularly compactly onto the roll. We were also very satisfied with this product and would have liked to continue offering it. However, for strategic reasons, the manufacturer decided to stop producing recycled products. We therefore had to find a new supplier who could also supply us with recycled paper. Unfortunately, the new supplier cannot wrap the sheets as compactly because it does not have the appropriate production technology. We are aware that the new product is not comparable with its predecessor and have submitted your tip to the relevant specialist department for review. We hope our efforts are in your interest. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

When you read Migipedia like this, I wonder if Migros is interested in the answers or if it's just a frustration dump. There are lousy products that are still on offer, e.g. the silicone lids.

Hello 317705843, thank you for your message. Of course we are interested in hearing from our customers. Please let us know which silicone lids you mean and what you don't like about the products. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Flexi lid no. 29

Hello 317705843, thank you very much for your feedback. Please let us know what you don't like about the lids. We will be happy to clarify this further with the relevant specialist department. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

What was written about it in Migipedia .

Once (fell into the trap of buying this product) and never again. This product is simply a disaster. Why don't you, Migros, use your market power and simply give this (according to your information apparently new) supplier a good cleaning?

Hi lubo195, thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, the previous manufacturer of the M-Budget recycled paper has left the recycling business and the previous product is no longer offered. The item is therefore being sourced from a new supplier. We are aware that the new product is not comparable to its predecessor. The responsible department is of course aware of your honest feedback and is carrying out checks. We are sorry that we do not currently have any more positive information. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Ergo, look at the competition, with such answers you drive customers away.

When I did the survey, I was still using the last generation of M Budget household paper and that was the best I had ever used
The current one is very bad, cut in thirds and much less paper on the roll. I wonder which students thought of eas? This is the best way to advertise the fact that people are turning their backs on Migros for longer and longer. what's the point of celebrating 100 years if you only have profit in mind and force customers to shop elsewhere. how would "Dutti" react - many would probably come out with their trouser legs sawed off. Too bad, too bad that it has come to this with
Migros. And now my question: what do you intend to do at Migros?

Hello mother hedgehog, thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, the previous manufacturer of M-Budget recycled paper has left the recycling business and the previous product is no longer available. The item is therefore being sourced from a new supplier. We are aware that the new product is not comparable with its predecessor. We have tried for a long time to find another solution, but unfortunately there is currently no other solution. However, we will continue to work on this. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I am curious to see if this is really the case, with these developments in Migros going in a miserable direction, I only believe what I see. I'm really not a pessimist by nature, but this situation gives me a lot to think about, and I don't think this will be the last negative thing to happen. thank you for your feedback.
