Dear Migros team - bought the new blue cans for the first time today and was bitterly disappointed!!! Even if your advertising video wants to make us believe that it's the same as the old cans, the taste is definitely not the same! I loved the drink because it wasn't as sweet as the original. But now this dominant fruity note has been added. Why do you do that?
Hello erikun, thank you for your message. We were happy to ask our specialist department. Those responsible confirmed that there have been no changes apart from the design. For this reason, we cannot explain the dominant fruity note you describe. In view of your experience, we are following up the issue closely. If we identify a discrepancy, we will make adjustments immediately. We hope our efforts are in your interest. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Dear M-Infoline team Thank you very much for your reply. I would like to encourage you to ask your specialist department again whether anything has really been changed. Take a look at the latest reviews, suddenly there are lots of 1-star ratings, whereas before there were consistently 5-star ratings... I wonder where that comes from? It's probably not just the new packaging design
Hello M-Infoline team, I absolutely agree with erikun. I found the sugarfree drink (in the green can) really good and successful. I have now bought and tried the blue can for the first time in my Migros, which supposedly has only been given new packaging. Sorry, but the drink no longer tastes 100% the same. It now has a berry, fruity taste and is no longer delicious. I am a trained chef and even if you say internally that nothing has been changed in the recipe, my taste buds tell me otherwise. It's a real shame what is being done with good, long-standing products...
Hello erikun, thank you for your feedback. The change of supplier took place before the design change. At that time, we did not receive any feedback on the taste. So we can only repeat ourselves. Only the packaging was changed, not the contents. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Are the M-Budget energy drinks vegan? If you read the list of ingredients, you might conclude that they are, but it is also possible that some ingredients could be of both animal and plant origin.
Hello Selindelinchen, thank you for your inquiry. Most of the ingredients in the M-Budget Energy Drinks are of artificial origin and the rest comes from plants. The products are not officially certified as vegan products, but can be considered vegan. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, Why did you increase the price by 0.55 centimes?
Hello CelinouI think we can do without this question nowadays, because everything is becoming more expensive. Raw materials, packaging, electricity, gas, fuel and many other things, all of which make the final products more expensive. Best regardsFrederica
Hello Celinou, thank you very much for your request. Frederica is right. The current market situation presents us with a challenge. The supply of a wide range of raw materials has become more expensive. This also has an impact on product prices. Naturally, we will continue to monitor the situation closely. Should circumstances change, we will make adjustments. Yours sincerely, the M-Infoline team

Why do you need cardboard AND plastic per packaging unit? It's impractical and requires more material.
Hi Tamamai, the packs of 12 used to come with a cardboard box. This was then removed by the local store. For stability reasons, we now attach the cardboard to the 12-pack directly under the foil. We will pass on your feedback to our specialist department. However, no changes are currently planned. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Have you noticed that the can is very difficult to open?
Now produced in Hungary according to a new recipe and packaged in cheaper cans.
Hello Memoli01, we would like to clarify this as we have no comparable information to date. Please let us know the lot number (letters and numbers) and the expiration date. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
