It is annoying when the online stock does not match the actual quantity available, we understand that. According to clarifications, the item has been reclassified and is now only available in selected stores. If expired, broken or stolen products are not recorded accordingly in the system, the system assumes that these products are actually available in the store. Even if the item is sold out in the store, stock is still visible online. We would like to inform the store that the stock is incorrect so that this can be corrected.
