It's a shame that nowadays you always have to bother customers by asking them to rate a recently purchased item. The bathrobe is beautiful, but unfortunately the delivery was a big nuisance. Only after 4-5 attempts could the bathrobe be delivered. After each delivery attempt, the courier service gave me an excuse as to why it didn't work ("address not found"). If only you could choose a more reliable courier service, a lot of nerves would have been saved.

It fuzzed terribly at first, but after washing it twice it's better now, and the collar is a bit too thick for me personally.
