The pears are not filled identically and you end up on the floor, you have to buy polystyrene beads 40frs for 50l and that's not even enough to fill one of the 2 pears, not to mention the tedious part of filling it. In itself a nice, comfortable beanbag. However, the seam on the bag has already torn twice! Sewing is very tedious as the filling material (small "sticky" polystyrene balls) leaks out - a huge mess. Can you have the bag professionally mended at Micasa?

The seat I ordered had twice as much upholstery as the picture on the website. Much too compact with a hard and uncomfortable seat. I returned my item to the Zürich City store the same day (i.e. today) in its packaging. However, the person in charge didn't seem to understand the reason for my return and was particularly unpleasant. I was nevertheless able to get back the amount I had paid. Very bad experience.

The beanbag is great. However, we also had the problem that it was delivered full to bursting. You couldn't sit on it. In the store it is displayed with significantly less filling material (not just from trying it out). We have now removed some of the filling (a huge job🙈) and now it fits perfectly. However, I was a little annoyed that it is displayed differently to how it is delivered.
