Hello, can you tell me where the tomatoes come from?

Hello Mone56, thank you for your inquiry. All our canned tomatoes come from Italy (M-Classic and M-Budget). Longobardi packs exclusively Italian tomatoes. 90% come from Puglia and 10% from Tuscany. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, unfortunately the bolt of the large Pellati rifle always breaks off and the rifle can hardly be opened with the good old bushing opener. The rim of the rifle is too narrow, so the rifle opener does not grip. The metal is extremely sharp, so there is a great risk of injury. Why this deterioration? Do I now have to return every tin to Migros that cannot be opened? A product that has worked perfectly for over 20 years suddenly no longer works. Any normal person is capable of using a can opener, so there is no need for this closure on large cans. It would be better if the quality of the contents was consistent, which unfortunately often varies greatly. Thank you for your review!

Hello lugano29, we are sorry that you are not satisfied with this tin. Some time ago, we fitted the tins with the modern easy-open closure in response to many customer requests. The cans are standardized, comply with international standards and should therefore be easy to open. The risk of injury is no greater than with conventional tins and the rounded edges at the other end of the tin make stacking easier. We regularly analyze customer inquiries and review our options in the event of an increase in similar feedback. We are therefore very grateful for your feedback and have passed it on to the relevant specialist department. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
