Is this product suitable for a vegan diet except for the whole egg? Is gelatine used in the manufacturing process for clarification (or animal products in other steps)? Are the edible fatty acids of vegetable origin? Thank you for your answer

Unfortunately, Jowa, as a Migros company, will soon switch to free-range eggs only?
Hello BB_MezzoCamper, thank you for your question. Our own industry, Jowa AG, is committed to using only eggs from animal-friendly husbandry (whether free-range or barn) for production. In addition to the legal requirements, Migros has introduced the winter garden (covered, weather-protected fresh air area) as standard for barn rearing. From our point of view, too, it would certainly be desirable to process only free-range eggs. However, in view of the current shortage of eggs (in Switzerland and Europe), it is unfortunately not possible to switch. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to cover our demand for barn eggs. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why was the cardboard removed from the Linz tartlets? Now it's a question of eating Linz crumbs. They're all broken...
Hello Cavalcador, thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we received the wrong cartons. As we didn't want to simply throw away the packaging, in the interests of sustainable development, Linz tarts are temporarily on sale without cartons. We ask for your understanding. With best regards, your M-Infoline team
