In very rare cases, however, it can happen that the individual cloths do not fit neatly into each other. When opening, the "plastic window" helps to hold the wipes and thus ensure the dispenser function. The box or the height and opening may have been a little too large to hold the last 30 wipes. The weight of the wipes then pulls them back into the box through the plastic window. We are sorry that you had trouble with this product. Hello robialvarez, tissues in cardboard boxes are bleached using the ECF process. This process controls the biggest environmental problem, i.e. the release of dioxins. This process is very widespread, and is used in most European paper mills. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
