Why have the wipes been much rougher lately? I opened an "old" box yesterday, and those are softer and more pleasant.

The "old" box with the softer wipes is 5261.226, made in Switzerland, and the new box is 5261.924, made in Europe.

I wonder why 30 tissues are always left in the box with every box....... doesn't work until the end. :-(
Hello MAMMA53mia, thank you for your feedback. The cloths are folded by machine so that they lie inside each other. Accordingly, the next unit is always pulled out at the same time. In very rare cases, however, it can happen that the individual cloths do not fit neatly into each other. When opening, the "plastic window" helps to hold the wipes and thus ensure the dispenser function. The box or the height and opening may have been a little too large to hold the last 30 wipes. The weight of the wipes then pulls them back into the box through the plastic window. We are sorry that you had trouble with this product. We have reported your comments to the production department and hope that you will be able to remove all the wipes again next time without any problems. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello robialvarez, tissues in cardboard boxes are bleached using the ECF process. This process controls the biggest environmental problem, i.e. the release of dioxins. This process is very widespread, and is used in most European paper mills. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
