Unfortunately, the composition of the Linsoft handkerchiefs has probably been changed. They are now totally hard and rough. In addition, the individual layers fall apart easily. Will this remain the case?
Hello DKu19, thank you for your message. We would like to follow up on your comment. In order for us to check the production in question, we need the production number - this can be found on the packaging and usually contains a mixture of numbers and letters. We would also ask you to keep the sample in case our specialist department needs it for inspection. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello DKu19, we have checked your request with our specialist department. Our quality assurance department has looked at the relevant samples. All measured values are within the respective target range. The individual layers of the handkerchiefs are held together by embossing. There were no adjustments to the composition. The layer adhesion of the samples sent was absolutely fine. Nevertheless, we will continue to keep an eye on the issue. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I am generally a big fan of these tissues, but the quality has changed in the last 2 purchases. The tissues almost fall apart by themselves and they smell very unpleasant (sulphur-like). Has the supplier been changed or has the manufacturing process been adjusted? I hope this was a production error because otherwise I won't be buying these tissues again.

My husband regularly buys a pack of ten Linsoft Classic tissues every week. The individual packs have a white semicircle that you can use to open the pack. If you pull on this white semicircle, it can happen that you only have the white semicircle in your hands, but the pack does not open. Of course, this can happen once. However, it is noticeable that this happens with the whole pack of ten, or most of the individual Linsoft products in the pack of ten. It almost seems as if all the faulty packs are deliberately put into the same pack of ten. Can you explain this to me?
Hello Mr. and Mrs. 1939-1945, thank you for your message. We are pleased that you regularly purchase this product from us. We are all the more sorry that the pack of ten has given you cause for complaint. We will be happy to follow up on your comment. In order to carry out further investigations, our specialist department requires one of the items, including the original packaging, for inspection. Please write the following address on the package and hand it in at the post office or free of charge to the customer service department of your branch: Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund M-Infoline / Reference 20220125-0470 Limmatstrasse 152 8031 Zurich Please note our address and your reference number 20220125-0470 on the package. We would like to thank you in advance for your help and wish you a successful day. Best regards, Your M-Infoline Team

I opened a promotional pack of Linsoft tissues and the tissues in this pack also smell strange. Has something been changed in the production process? I will return the tissues.
Hello Raincloud, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the wipes have a strange taste. We would like to check your concern with our supplier as we are not aware of any adjustments. Would you send us an unopened pack and the batch number? You can write the following address on the pack and hand it in at the post office or free of charge to your branch's customer service: Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund M-Infoline / Reference 20200905-0026 Limmatstrasse 152 8031 Zurich Please note the reference number 20200905-0026 on the pack. This will allow us to quickly match the sample to the request. Many thanks for your help. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello Infoline, thank you for your help. Unfortunately I already returned the tissues yesterday. Lg

Hello, I have bought 2 packs of Linsoft tissues in the last few weeks, one with 30 pieces and one with 56 pieces (batch numbers NG2347080 20 and NG0722016 20.). In both cases, the handkerchiefs have a horrible foreign odor, similar to a solvent. Perhaps the smell of the plastic packaging "rubs off" on the paper handkerchiefs, or something went wrong in the production process? In any case, the tissues are no longer something I want to bring near my mucous membranes. How can I return these tissues and minimize contact? (Corona.)
Hello frische75, thank you for your question. We are sorry that the tissues have a strange odor. So that we can clarify your issue, please send us your Linsoft pack including the original packaging for inspection. Please write the following address on the package and hand it in at the post office or free of charge at your branch's customer service: Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund; M-Infoline / Reference 20200428-1616; Limmatstrasse 152; 8031 Zurich. What does the crossed-out clock symbol on the packaging of the Linsoft Travel wipe mean?
Do not dispose of in the toilet ?
Hello 1001-Nacht, thank you for your question. It is the toilet pictogram; it should represent the image of a toilet from above. This means that the item must not be thrown into the toilet. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello zämä, When opening the small pack, the flap tears off every time. It is really difficult to open the pack without tearing it. Maybe there is something wrong with the glue?
Dear lauraohneu, thank you very much for your post. Yes, it is indeed tedious, we believe you. Could you give us the batch number? This is printed on the outer packaging and usually starts with the letter "L" or a mixture of numbers or letters. Then we can check whether something went wrong during production. Thank you for your help and best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why are there no M-Budet handkerchiefs? For me, this is part of a discount shopping cart. There are discount handkerchiefs at Coop, Spar... Aldi and Lidl....`? Why are there none at MIgros?
Hello EEnergy Thank you for your valuable suggestion. We have informed the relevant specialist department. We can recommend our Linsoft Classic handkerchiefs as an alternative. These are very pleasant and gentle on the skin and nose. We also regularly offer various promotional items at a very good price/performance ratio. We currently have promotional items on offer again, including a large pack of tissues. We hope this has helped you and wish you a good weekend. Your M-Infoline team

Just leave a handkerchief in your trouser pocket for 10 minutes....
No problem, obviously you're supposed to be like that. I'll have to switch to another brand...
I'll put a picture in.... The layers separate as soon as you have the handkerchief in your hands...
Hello battegays
Thank you for the photo.
We will inform the responsible department and the supplier again about your feedback. Thank you very much!

Dear Migros,
I don't know what happened, but for months the Linsoft and Kleenex tissues have been a disaster. The different layers split (immediately, before you use them)
Unusable.

Hello battegays
Thank you for your frank comments on our handkerchiefs from Linsoft and Kleenex. High-quality products are also very important to us.
We take your comments seriously and would like to follow up on them. To do this, our specialist department requires a sample for examination. Please send it to us at the following address or hand it in free of charge to your branch's customer service department:
Federation of Migros Cooperatives
M-Infoline/ IN_1416464
Limmatstrasse 152
8031 Zurich
It is very important that both variants are labeled with your reference number IN_1416464 and our address on the package. This makes it possible to quickly match your samples to the request and we can make further clarifications for you. You can also present this letter to your store's customer service when you hand in the parcel.
We also need the following information for each item:
1. the EAN code (barcode) if no article number is available
2. the M-Data (date of sale and/or use by date)
3. the batch or lot number of the item in question
Using these numbers, we can check when exactly the affected product was manufactured and whether errors occurred during production at that time.
Based on this information, we can clarify the causes of this incident and avoid similar incidents in the future. Please understand that without this information we will not be able to clarify the matter and therefore cannot provide you with an answer.
While we await your reply, we wish you a pleasantly sunny week.
Best regards
Your M-Infoline team
Dear Infoline. I have handed in 1 packet of tissues to the service at Migros Limmatplatz.
I have now also found the pack, should I add the 2nd and 3rd?
Hi battegays
Thank you for your sample. We have already received it and forwarded it to the supplier.
Yes, please give us the details :-)
Thank you very much and we wish you a sunny week!
Best regards
Your M-Infoline Team
I didn't find anything on the packaging. The only marking is under the pack. On Linsoft it is NG0649333 13
Hello battegays
Thank you for the two samples and your patience.
The producer has examined both samples in detail and checked the retained samples of the affected batch. However, no deviations from the standard were found in either pack. The layer adhesion is optimal, especially with the Linsoft article. With the Kleenex article, the layers could be easily peeled off at the corner.
We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the two products. We can assure you that we do everything we can to offer our customers only products of impeccable quality.
We hope for your understanding and send you our best regards from the M-Infoline team.
