Hello everyone I have recently had several packs of Linsoft where the packet with the plastic strip could not be opened. The plastic strip tore off because the packet or the opening was not perforated enough. Maybe it was a coincidence, maybe it's something that needs to be looked at in general. Kind regards

Hello Chililady, the performance for opening the handkerchief packets is created with a knife. This knife draws the formation. Unfortunately, it was already a little blunt in this series of handkerchiefs, which is why the formation could not be drawn properly. The knives are replaced regularly. Unfortunately, it was replaced a little too late in this case. The opening adhesive on the plastic strip has also been optimized. It now adheres better. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

How about selling individual packs of tissues (10 tissues each) in some stores with a lot of "spontaneous customers" or where people shop for their current needs (e.g. at train stations)?
This would be extremely practical for all those who have left tissues at home in the morning but need some, as the "collective packs" are very large if you only need one tissue at a time...
