They were better than the wipes that were there before. Why were they changed?

thank you very much for your feedback. We are very sorry that you are no longer satisfied with the quality of our Linsoft Travel refreshing wipes. We made some minor changes to the product last summer. We would like to know your opinion - could you tell us what exactly you don't like anymore?
