The padding is simply laid on loosely and the cover is pulled tight with a cord. As a result, the padding slips and there are constant creases in the padding that leave marks when ironing. In addition, the stand is stapled to the board in the rear third with 6 large rivets. These rivets press through the padding and fabric and leave heavy marks when ironing. The board really can't be used like this! If you have time and leisure, you might be able to save it with your own padding and better fastening of the cover (e.g. by sewing it on with a few stitches).

At the request of Migros Do-it & Garden, here is my assessment of the sleeve ironing board: it is of miserable quality, the fabric cover is much larger than the board, the cords are 1.) much too long and 2.) not really tear-resistant, the board itself is only okay, but nothing more
