I miss the Leger cheese, Rustique, has it been taken out of the range?
Hello Blueeye59, thank you for your message. Unfortunately, demand for Léger Rustique was very low, which is why we have removed it from our range. We can recommend the Léger Tilsiter as an alternative. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Can the bark actually be eaten?
So I cut them away.
Good morning Sinaninabettina↵Naturally formed cheese rind can be eaten without hesitation, as long as you like the fermentation and bitter substances. Otherwise, cut away. ↵The rind is also eaten with raclette 🤷🏻♀️↵If the rind is artificial or has been treated with natamycin (E235), it must be removed. The Swiss cheese industry code prohibits antibacterial additives such as natamycin.↵If you are pregnant or immunocompromised, it is essential to remove the rind.↵↵Best regards↵Frederica
Hello Sinaninabettina, according to the standards of the Federal Food Safety and Veterinary Office, the rind of an extra-hard, hard and semi-hard cheese (except raclette) is not edible. Tilsiter is a semi-hard cheese. You therefore cannot eat the rind. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Dear Migros, the Coop has been offering a WW Mager hard cheese for two years now, which is doing very well and is in great demand. It is very good and has only 5% fat.
Please add a Leger cheese to the Migros range. In my opinion, it is urgently needed and very much in demand.
Thank you for your feedback.
Dear guest
Thank you for your feedback.
We also offer various Léger cheeses in our range.
Hard cheese = Léger Rustique
Semi-hard cheese = Léger Tilsiter, Minitaler and Bündnerkäse
Léger cheeses are usually available in the larger stores.
Best regards from the M-Infoline team

Yes, yes, I know them. But it's about the fat content. The low-fat hard cheese from the Coop only has 5% fat. And it's in high demand.
Too bad Migros is stubborn....
