is this the successor to 24w

In terms of length, the 14W would fit (https://www.doitgarden.ch/en/p/615184300000/osram-led-tube-t5-he14-549-cw ). However, please make sure that it is compatible with the ballast. Can this tube be replaced directly if a coventional fluorescent tube was previously installed?
