Hello indios, thank you for your feedback on our pepper mill. This mill has 2 grinding options (fine and coarse). If you "pull" the mill head and then grind, the pepper is ground coarsely. If you then push the grinder head (until it clicks into place), you can grind the pepper finely. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
