Item delivered quickly but incomplete. After a few exchanges of e-mails, the missing parts should arrive shortly. The slide is as shown in the photo and seems to be of good quality, to be seen over time.

Nice slide, but in the package received some items for assembly are missing. I immediately sent a written request for the missing items. It has already been a few days and I have not received, either a response or the items. I will get in touch again soon, hoping that they will be provided. Also, on the slide ladder there were not some holes for screws to mount the steps, we had to provide them ourselves.
