2 questions

As it is not possible on this website to ask a question about a product that is not available in Migros, I have to use a trick and use a "similar" article : Why is the French cheese Comté not to be found at all, and not only in Migros, but almost everywhere ? This cheese, of which slightly more is produced than Gruyère, is similar to Gruyère and is also available in different degrees of ripeness. Comté is comparable to Gruyère cheese, but tastes much milder and fruitier. Its flavors are diverse and vary depending on the season. Why is it not sold here, even though other cheeses from different countries are available?

Good evening jpgjpg Migros Online it is available: https://shop.migros.ch/de/supermarket/home(smt:product/4487383) Copy link completely, because it is not taken over correctly by the interpreter. best regardsFrederica

thanks frederica ! tried the link in every way, always comes "Oops! something went wrong."

on the Migros website I got a hit, the address of a store !!! La Tour-de-Trême Tivoli Rue de l'Ancien Comté 17b 1635 La Tour-de-Trême

Copy everything from https: - to (smt:product/4487383)

Via a wine from Franche-Comté at Denner I came across the cheese Comté with the article no. 4487383 from your link !!! But why should I now start buying groceries online ? just because of this cheese ? So I come back to my initial question "Why can't you find this cheese in any store ?"

Hello jpgjpg, thank you for your question. Following consultation with our specialist department, we can inform you that we have not currently identified any great demand for this item. Hello, I would like to know whether the rind of le gruyère cheese contains substances that are harmful to fungi. In other words, can the rind be consumed? Thank you very much. gimme5, Reto Haag

Hello gimme5 Thank you for your inquiry. According to the specifications of the "Gruyère AOP", the use of additives is strictly prohibited, this also applies to the rind treatment. Traditionally, the cheese rind is not eaten in Switzerland. If you have any further questions, we are happy to help! Best regards, Your M-Infoline Team

but the bark is always edible and no problem - if you like it
