Unfortunately the last two Le Gruyère grated cheeses we bought were not edible, at first we thought it was a Monday pack, but now we won't be buying it again.

I use it for every casserole, it has a great flavor.
Unfortunately, the cheese is now from Emmi (CH2038) and no longer from Elsa (CH2048). It is now the same granulate as the one from Coop or Emmi. What a shame, I loved the grated cheese especially because it was grated and not granulated. One of several changes to Migros dairy products at the moment that are not for the better.
The whole family loves grated Gruyère, on pasta or au gratin.
