Hello dear m-Infoline I wanted to ask you briefly about the lc1 vanilla with vitamin D in it and what is meant by milk proteins? Would that be possible? Is the lc1 yogurt also recommended for lactose intolerance? I would appreciate a short answer lg Marisa
Hello Kendlbacher, LC1 yogurt is not lactose-free and is therefore not suitable for lactose intolerant people. Milk proteins are added in the form of milk powder to increase the viscosity of the yoghurt. 100g of yogurt provides 0.74 micrograms of vitamin D, 1 cup of 150g contains 1.1 micrograms of vitamin D. Are LC1 yogurts made from pasteurized milk?
