I bought the machine online and didn't realize that you can't just draw milk from the machine. I would have liked to have a single button for drawing milk. As the return process was extremely straightforward and I got my money back very quickly, Migros gets five stars from me.
I've been using it for nearly a month now and I'm very satisfied! The only drawback is that you can't adjust the amount of coffee when you use the button to make a latte, so I use the espresso button to add more coffee after extraction.
I bought the coffee machine at the beginning of May. Had it in use for maybe 1 month during this time. Now had to send it in for the 2nd time because the milk frother isn't working again and that's just 1 week after picking up the first repair. I would not buy the machine again.
