Used to be much better and darker. Now too light and too dry!
My second favorite Migros bread
it tastes very good, but it depends on which branch you buy it from. Sometimes it is very sticky and has very large holes, but at other places it is always quite firm dough with only small holes
Why is there skimmed milk powder, whey powder and milk powder in my bread? What is this doing in bread? It also has a very rubbery/sticky consistency.
