Just as the French processed cheese has been known for decades. Unlike Gerber cheese spreads, the "red cow" has packaging that can be opened without fumbling and without frustration. It remains a mystery to me why Gerber has still not managed to do this. La vache qui rit is delicious and the small "triangles" are ideally portioned.
